Soul Dreamers is growing, and we’re looking for a special kind of person to join this journey in Lisbon.
A cultural storyteller and host, someone who loves this city deeply and knows how to share it with care.
Our experiences are slow, human, and intuitive.
They explore Mouraria, Intendente, Graça, and Alfama through food, live music, street art, history, and lived stories, always with respect for local communities.
This is about presence, empathy, and connection.
Who This Is For
You might be a good fit if:
• You love Lisbon beyond the tourist image
• You care about culture, memory, and social context
• You enjoy meeting people and holding space
• You are curious, emotionally intelligent, reliable, and warm
• You speak English fluently (French and Spanish are a plus)
• You value meaningful work over “quick money”
You don’t need to be a professional guide yet you do need heart, awareness, and integrity.
What You’ll Do
• Host Soul Dreamers cultural walks
• Share stories of Lisbon’s multicultural life
• Create welcoming, thoughtful experiences
• Learn the flow and spirit of the tour first
• Grow into leading tours over time
This is part-time and flexible, with room to grow. We pay fairly as part of our company’s ethos and mission.
