FAQs
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes — we keep our groups small (max 10 people), so spots are limited. Booking early ensures your place.
Is food included?
Yes — you’ll enjoy authentic bites and wine tastings at local spots along the way. These are small tastings designed to give you the true flavors of Lisbon.
Is a full dinner included?
No — this experience includes tastings and drinks along the journey yet the main dinner will be of an additional cost paid directly to the vendor.
Do you cater to vegetarian/vegan diets?
Yes — just let us know when booking, and we’ll make sure there are tasty options for you.
What should I bring?
Comfortable walking shoes, curiosity, and an open heart. You may also want a light jacket in cooler months plus an umbrella in case of rain.
Is the tour suitable for children?
Yes — families are welcome! The stories, music, and colors of Mouraria and Graça are inspiring for all ages.
How long is the experience?
Around 5.5 hours, but we often flow a little longer depending on the group and the music.
Is it accessible?
We walk through old Lisbon neighborhoods with some hills and cobblestone streets. If you have mobility concerns, let us know in advance and we’ll adapt as best as possible.
Is this experience suitable if I’m traveling solo?
Yes — very much so. Many Soul Dreamers guests are solo travelers. The experience is designed to feel safe, social, and welcoming, making it easy to connect with others while still having space to be yourself.
Is this a party or nightlife tour?
No — and also not not 😊
While we include live music, vibrant neighborhoods, and evening energy, this is not a pub crawl. It’s a cultural, social, and sensory journey focused on connection, storytelling, and the living soul of Lisbon.
Do I need to be very fit or walk a lot?
We walk at a relaxed pace with frequent stops. There are some hills (this is Lisbon!), but nothing rushed or extreme. If you’re comfortable with light-to-moderate walking and standing, you’ll be fine.
What kind of people usually join?
Curious humans. Conscious travelers. Artists, creatives, lawyers, impact investors, doctors, nurses, teachers, humans taking a break from 9 to 5, solo explorers, couples, expats, and open-hearted locals, etc. Ages, ethnicities, and professions vary widely while the common thread is curiosity and respect for place and people.
Will we enter private venues or just walk around?
Both. We move through neighborhoods and also stop in carefully chosen local spots: family-run places, cultural spaces, or music venues depending on the night and what’s alive in the city that day.
Is the experience the same every time?
No, and that’s intentional.
Each experience adapts to the group, the energy of the night, the people we meet, and what’s happening in the city. The structure is curated, but the magic is always a little different.
Can I join even if I don’t drink alcohol?
Absolutely. This experience is not centered around alcohol. There are always non-alcoholic options, and the focus is on atmosphere, stories, people, and place - not drinking.
